VCS Support Changes
R-cube takes responsibility for VCS Firewall support
R-cube Systems Limited has taken over responsibility for the VCS Firewall. The aim is to simplify the practical and contractual relationships, resulting in a better and more easily understood service for you.
For the last four years, customer support for the VCS Firewall has been sub-contracted to R‑cube Systems Ltd. However VCS Ltd. has remained the point of first contact for calls, and contractually has been your supplier. This is a complex arrangement for all concerned, and it would be easier for you to have a single company involved in supporting you. Therefore it has now been agreed that this part of the business will be transferred entirely to R-cube Systems, with immediate effect.
R-cube Systems will provide all future support, upgrades to the software, new installations and related services under contracts made directly with R-cube Systems.
