Font Size
The sizes used for text on these pages are all derived from your browser settings and the page design will work with widely differing sizes. If you wish to change the text size, please use your browser features to do this (often the "Text Size" item on the "View" menu).
Navigation Short Cuts
The major navigation links can be accessed by shortcut keys. The keys we use are all numbers, and they operate as follows:

To use these shortcuts, many browsers requre you to press the key while holding Alt. You may then need to press Enter in some browsers to actually follow the link. On the MAC, use the Ctrl key instead of Alt.
Important Content First
The pages are designed so that the information in the side bar (including the standard navigation links) will be read after the main contents by most types of screen-reading program.
