Customer Area
If you are a customer with a current support contract, you can access the online support information by logging in to the Firewall Support Area, using the username and password we have given you separately. If you do not have these details, please contact us in the usual way.
Software Upgrades
VCS Firewall customers should consider upgrading to the latest version of the software, again please log in to the Firewall Support Area.
